Top 10 Jams Of All Time
Welcome to the jungle! Rocking out and singing along are two of the easiest, and most enjoyable, things to do in the entire world, and these songs definitely make it easy to become a pretend singer, air guitarist, or imaginary drummer. The following list is what I believe to be the top 10 jam out songs of all time. I mean head banging, not able to stay in your seat, type of jam out songs. This is the definitive list, no matter what other people may say, so please admire and be sure to check these tunes out.
10. I Gotta Feeling – The Black Eyed Peas: Come on, you have got to have some Black Eyes Peas on the list! One of the most influential pop bands of the 21st century can’t be left out, and this tune has quite the infectious beat. You might feel sick to your stomach after the DJ plays this one for you to hear for the one millionth time, but by the end you find yourself dancing around like a hooligan.
9. Back In Black – AC/DC: With one of the most notable guitar riffs of all time, AC/DC really hit a homerun with this song. The combination of hard hitting music and screeching vocals has everyone throwing the rock and roll sign up with no regrets!
8. September – Earth, Wind & Fire: Of course we got a little bit of funk and soul on this list. If you can’t recognize the high pitch vocals on this song’s chorus, you’ve been sheltered to extremes. This funky groove has everyone attempting to stay on pitch while simultaneously trying to bust a move on the dance floor.
7. Rock With You – Michael Jackson: The king of pop didn’t just hit the headlines of the news quite often. He also made some of the greatest music ever, including this groove-soul mashup that finds its way into your feet somehow.
6. Three Little Birds – Bob Marley: Is this just a lousy attempt to pull on the heartstrings of one Mrs. Ellen Steinke? Absolutely not. Every little thing is gonna be alright, and Bob Marley’s Reggae anthem may not have you dancing like a fool, but you can’t help but sing along to this beautiful tune.
5. Apache – The Sugarhill Gang- Back to the funk baby! One of the most popular hip-hop songs of all time, this groovy tune fuses the bongos with a groovy bassline to produce a number that just gets you moving!
4. Thriller – Michael Jackson: Yes, of course, Thriller is on this list. How could I possibly leave it off? Probably the most recognizable song of all time, this spooky number has you imitating the moves of Mr. Jackson to the best of your abilities.
3. Whole Lotta Love – Led Zeppelin: The greatest rock band of all time has around 40 songs that could make this list, but this bluesy hard rock number is definitely the most rockable. With a ripping guitar solo and rumbling verse, this iconic rock tune is one of the best songs ever made.
2. Smells Like Teen Spirit – Nirvana: One of the greatest grunge tunes ever made, this headbanger from Kurt Cobain and friends has everyone questioning society while concussing themselves from excessive head twirling action. Without a doubt, one of the greatest songs ever written.
1. Don’t Stop Believing – Journey: Whether you’re just a small town girl or a city boy, you 100% know this song. This song could be the rock ballad of the human race for goodness sake. Without a doubt the most classic of the classics, even our generation can hold on to that feeling.
Well, there you have it. Through tedious research and a lot of soul searching, your’s truly just came up with the greatest song list of all time. If you’re thinking about trying to top this list, please save yourself the time and the trouble, because it can’t be done. Make sure you check these jams out!
