You are doing something wrong everyday without even realizing it! Do you put the dressing for a to go salad on top of the lettuce, throw away an apple when you reach the core, and peel a banana from the top? If you do these things you are a victim of eating food incorrectly. But don’t worry, with some helpful hints you will be the expert telling friends and family they eat incorrectly.

Are you packing salads for lunch? If so, you likely first put the lettuce, then topping, and lastly the dressing. WRONG, if you don’t want a soggy salad follow these simple steps. Use a mason jar or tall tupperware, first put the dressing on the very bottom (remember to make sure the dressing does not touch the lettuce), next all the toppings for the salad, and finally the lettuce. When ready to eat, just shake the jar.

Most people eat cupcakes by biting into it with the frosting on top; but if you want frosting in every bite, split the actual cupcake in half horizontally and put the bottom of the cake on top, smooshing the frosting and eat like a sandwich.

Eating a banana from the top is a method that is understandable because, like most things, we open them from the top. However, bananas are an exception. Take it from monkeys, open your bananas from the bottom.

Everyone eats an apple until they reach the core; then, they pitch the remaining apple. But what if you could eat the whole thing? Yes, it’s true, you can eat the whole apple if you start eating from the bottom.

Is your coffee watered down? To prevent this, pour some of your coffee the night before and freeze the coffee in ice cube trays in the freezer. In the morning, use those instead of real ice cubes and, low and behold, your coffee will stay flavorful.

Do you hate when you take the first bite of your sandwich and it’s only a mouthful of bread? Cut your meat or cheese in half (if round) and place the straight edges of the cut pieces on the outside of the bread; and, voila, every bite will be delicious.
