Athlete Of The Month

Our male athlete of the month is Sophomore lacrosse player Noah Thornally. Noah is a starting attackman for the Kadets and is helping lead the team with his ability to score himself and also create opportunities for others to score with his 29 career assists. With 28 goals total 24 of which were in his Freshmen year on varsity he is proving to be a key player for the Kadets. He follows in the footsteps of his older brother,  Jake Thornally, who is currently playing division 1 lacrosse at the US Air Force Academy. This is nothing new for Noah as he bagged a significant amount of goals last season as a Freshmen; we are looking forward to what he will accomplish in his Sophomore year. Going into this season Noah is looking forward to “getting better as the season goes on and making playoffs.”

Our female athlete of the month is Senior varsity soccer player Morgan Hartman. As a strong leader on this team, a lot of the younger players look to her for her experience in high-pressure games and her ability to perform well. In doing so, she helps others do their best to ensure that the team tries their hardest to get the win. Morgan is an all around great player with 2 goals all ready on the season she hopes to lead the team into playoffs. When asked hows she feels about being one of the stronger players on the team, she replied, “It’s nice to be a Senior and one of the leaders on the team, but I can’t have the success that I do without the help of my wonderful teammates getting me looks at the net in order to win games.” We look forward to supporting our ladies in their season. Go Kadets
