True love on television! The Bachelor got the ball rolling for these two love birds; Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell. Both entered the show in hopes of finding love; lucky for them, they found it in each other. At the end of the season, Ben proposed to Lauren on national television. Lauren said yes and the rest was history. On October 11th, the premier of their very own show called Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? premiered on television. The show captures their life together outside of The Bachelor. Will they find their happily ever after? Tune every Tuesday at 8pm on FreeForm.

Ben Higgins was a normal guy that lived in Denver, Colorado working for a financial service company until he got picked for The Bachelorette for Kaytlin Bistrowe’s season. Unfortunately, he was sent home during week eight. However, America loved Ben so much that they voted for him to be the next bachelor. He then met 28 women and had to pick 1 to get engaged to. Lauren Bushnell was living in Marina Del Rey, California when she was cast for Ben Higgins season of The Bachelor. On the last week, the two girls left standing were Jojo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell. He proposed to Lauren Bushnell, and now they have started their own TV series. Their show began on October 11. Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?, has already come out with four episodes. To sum them up so far, the two lovers have been very active, to say the least. They get invited back to the final rose ceremony for Ben’s runner-up Jojo. Lauren thinks it is a weird request considering Ben and Jojo used to be “in love.” Lauren thinks that this meeting with Jojo could cause the old feelings of love between Ben and Jojo to resurface. After arguing at the ceremony, they ended up attending and Lauren realizes it’s not so bad until Jojo asks Ben and Lauren to accompany them at lunch. Many awkward minutes of silence later, all four of the fiancés end up getting along just fine. It is reassuring to Lauren that Jojo has found her love in her fiancé and has no more feelings for Ben.

A couple of days later, The Bachelor show host Chris Harrison  asked the couple if they would like to air their wedding on national television. After getting answers from close friends and family, they decided to take up the offer. In another episode, they go camping with some friends that they met on The Bachelor. They meet up with Chad, a former contestant on The Bachelorette, who is a hot head loved by America. The group stays active by hiking and whitewater rafting. Once home, Ben and Lauren must plan for their wedding and life together. Lace, a former bachelor contestant and a real estate agent, helps the couple house hunt for the “perfect home.” Lauren tries to find a job at a zoo because she says “ I have a sixth sense for speaking to animals.” She wants this job in order to help Ben out financially. They visited Cheyenne Mountain Zoo here in Colorado Springs! Lauren decided being a zookeeper isn’t for her so she created a blog. Check out her blog. http://sparkleinhereye.com/
